To enable our service to provide high quality early education and care for children we need to ensure we are financially viable at all times. We have a commitment to ensuring our fees are as affordable as possible and that all families have access to any subsidies that are available to reduce these fees. Our service will advocate with governments for all children’s right to access early education and care regardless of their family’s financial situation.
Government legislation endeavours to give all children 2 days of preschool education for their year prior to school. Due to these funding arrangements, if your child is attending for a third day this will be at an increased cost to the prior days. Fees are determined by the SOS Preschool Parent Management Committee.
For children who are at least 4 years old on or before 31 July in 2020 who are not enrolled or registered at a school:
$37 per day for the first two days
$63 for the third day
$12 per day for any child who is listed as a dependent on their parents Government Pension Health Care Card
